with a straight pin and wire cutters,
polka dot bow from fabric scraps, jacket
from tjmaxx, shirt from goody's (r.i.p.),
high waisted shorts from wetseal, silver
and black striped tights which were an
xmas gift from my parents, and shoes
from payless.
This outfit is rad. I don't use that word regularly, but this picture deserves it!
